Group
Therapy

‚ÄčWith the guidance of the president of the Canadian Group Psychotherapy association, Dr. John Sherry, practicum counsellors facilitate groups between 3 and 12 people. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to examine personal issues and learn from others in a collaborative environment. Groups differ in terms of organization and subject matter, from interpersonal processing groups to structured psychoeducation groups on topics such as depression and anxiety. Groups range in topic, timing, and duration throughout the year. To see if there is a group that is a fit for you, please contact the Community Counselling Centre directly.
