Jane is the software we use for scheduling appointments, documentation, and for online counselling sessions.

Once you have made an initial intake appointment with the CCC you should have been invited via email to create your Jane account. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders.

When telehealth (online) appointments are scheduled, you will automatically receive an email 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with the link to join.

 

Through Jane, or through our front desk, you may also opt to set up additional reminders via email or text message.
