How It Works

Low Barrier

Our centre welcomes clients aged 18 and over, and strives to minimize barriers and reduce wait times for those seeking services. After an intake appointment, clients are matched with a regular counsellor as soon as a spot is available.

Low Cost

Counselling services are offered on a sliding scale. As a not-for-profit organization, any fees you pay go directly to keeping the CCC running. We never turn away any client due to an inability to pay.

Long Term

Clients are not limited to a certain number of sessions. When clients are paired with a counsellor, they can see that counsellor weekly for a period of 8 months or until the counsellor’s placement at the CCC is complete.
